PR Stunts Biden Should Try

The Biden campaign has to jump-start its effort to control the narrative in the coming months. Here are some ideas:

Stop illegal immigration NOW. Do whatever it takes, including increased security measures.  Renew America's promise as a safe haven and its tradition as a land immigrants.  Couple blasting Republicans for blocking security/immigration legislation with a challenge to reintroduce the bipartisan proposal every week until it passes.

Call for Pete Rose’s admission into the Baseball Hall of Fame

Legalize pot.  Stop pussyfooting around.  Acknowledge reality.  Take executive action to end criminalization of pot users and growers.  (But put some distance between the announcement and your son’s trial).

Make a national announcement calling for ethical standards for the Supreme Court while proposing to expand the court and ending lifetime appointments.

If it’s not a legal problem, call on New York State authorities to pardon Donald Trump for his crimes.

Call on states to use their laws to end corporate profiteering.
